Powder blending equipment must be both safe and convenient. Our V-type mixer is designed with two practical features that address both concerns.
1. Safety bar — protection from the rotating barrel. The mixer can only run when the safety bar is in the horizontal position. If the bar is turned upward, power is cut automatically and the machine stops instantly. This protects operators from possible injury caused by the rotating V mixing barrel.
2. Auto-positioning stop — discharge without manual adjustment. When the machine stops, the discharge outlet automatically positions itself toward the ground. Operators can unload the batch directly, with no need for manual point-stop to find the right position.
These two features reduce risk and save time on every batch, making the V-type mixer a reliable choice for food, pharmaceutical and chemical powder blending.
